FORMPA TUTORIALS

 

These are a list of lessons designed to help you to make the most of using FormPA.  Please contact us if you cannot find a lesson that answers your query.  This will assist us to know what tutorials are relevant and useful to our users.

tutorial 1 - how to log in to formpa's web console and an overview of formpa

This first lesson instructs you on how to log in to the web interface for FormPA and provides you an overview of what you can use the web console for.

tutorial 2 - how to add a new form layout

This will show you how to create a form layout that will allow the collection of data from your users.

tutorial 3 - how to add a single line text field to your forms

This tutorial demonstrates how to create and add a single line text field to your forms which will enable the collection of data from your users.

tutorial 4 - how to add a multi line text field to your form layout

This lesson will show you how to add a multi line text field to your form layout.  This field enables you to collect data from your users such as addresses.  The multi line text field is one of the most common fields that you will make use of on your forms.

tutorial 5 - how to add date or time fields to your forms

This lesson will show you how to add the commonly used fields, the date and time to your forms.

tutorial 6 - how to create a menu button

This lesson will help you to create a menu button that will allow you to access and modify your filled in forms on the mobile version of FormPA.

tutorial 7 - how to create the ability to search your forms (in draft form only)

This tutorial will show you how to search and find forms (that are in draft form and not yet submitted to the server) using your field types as the search field.

This lesson follows on from the previous lessons, in particular tutorial 3 which covered how you create and make use of field types in your forms.

tutorial 9 - how to add the multi-select list field type to your form

This lesson follows on from the previous lessons, in particular tutorial 3 which covered how you create and make use of field types in your forms.  It is a handy field for information in which you want your users to be able to select more than one item from a drop down menu.

tutorial 10 - how to make use of the "Yes/No button" field

This lesson follows on from the previous lessons, in particular tutorial 3 which covered how you create and make use of field types in your forms.  The “Yes/No button” can be used for asking questions on your forms that only require a simple “Yes/No” response.

tutorial 11 - how to use the signature field on your forms

This lesson follows on from the previous lessons, in particular tutorial 3 which covered how you create and make use of field types in your forms.  This is a handy field for allowing your users to write their signature on the forms that they fill out in FormPA.  It is a means of identification for your reference.
